Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is quoted around the product, destination, packaging requirements, carrier availability, and site access information.
Delivery quotation
Available shipping or pickup arrangements, charges, delivery basis, and support are stated or referenced in the accepted quotation or invoice. Website content does not provide a universal shipping price or delivery commitment.
Estimated timing
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless a written order document expressly states otherwise. Supplier schedules, customization, inspections, packaging, carriers, weather, customs, and access conditions can affect timing. Havenhall communicates material changes when available.
Site access
Customers should disclose stairs, elevators, gated access, limited parking, narrow entries, appointment requirements, unloading restrictions, and other conditions that may affect delivery. Additional handling or redelivery costs may apply when access information changes or is incomplete, subject to the accepted order terms.
Receiving the order
Check the number of packages and visible packaging condition at delivery when practical. Photograph visible damage before unpacking, retain packaging during review, and report missing or damaged items promptly with the order reference.
Installation
Delivery does not include installation, permitting, electrical, plumbing, structural, or licensed contractor work unless a service is expressly listed in the accepted quotation or agreement.
