These website terms summarize how custom material orders are documented. The accepted quotation, invoice, written specifications, change orders, and customer agreement contain the final terms for an order.
Quotation and order acceptance
A website inquiry is a request for information, not an accepted order. Product scope, dimensions, material, finish, hardware, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery basis, and estimated timing must be confirmed in writing before an order is released.
Measurements and specifications
Customers should review measurements, drawings, access notes, and written specifications before approval and payment. Havenhall may help organize submitted information, but does not provide architectural, engineering, permitting, or licensed contractor services through this website.
Photos, samples, and finishes
Website images, renderings, samples, swatches, and screen colors are general references. Natural material variation, lighting, display settings, production batches, and fabrication can affect the final appearance. The accepted written specifications control.
Payment and production release
Payment requirements are stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Materials may be purchased and custom work may begin after required approvals and payments are received. A requested change after release may require revised pricing, timing, or written approval.
Delivery and installation
Shipping method, charges, estimated timing, access requirements, and delivery support are stated or referenced in the accepted order documents. Installation is not included unless it is expressly listed in writing.
Problems and warranty review
Damage, missing items, or a material difference from approved written specifications should be reported promptly to Support@HavenhallInc.com with the order reference, photos, and a description. Available remedies depend on the order documents, product condition, cause, and applicable law.
Applicable rights
Nothing in this summary limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If this page conflicts with an accepted quotation, invoice, written specification, change order, or customer agreement, the applicable signed or accepted order document controls to the extent permitted by law.
