Information may include name, email address, project location, product interests, estimated budget, messages, photos, drawings, measurements, delivery information, and later order records. The website may also receive basic technical information used for security and operation.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, prepare quotations, clarify specifications, coordinate accepted orders, arrange supplier or delivery support, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and project partners
Information may be shared as reasonably necessary with suppliers, logistics providers, email or cloud service providers, payment providers, professional advisers, and other parties involved in an accepted order. Each party may process information under its own legal obligations and policies.
Website services
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and the contact section may display Google Maps. These providers may receive technical information when their services load. Their separate privacy terms may apply.
Security and retention
Havenhall uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained as reasonably needed for inquiries, orders, support, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask a privacy question or request review of information associated with your inquiry by emailing Support@HavenhallInc.com. Identity or transaction verification may be required before certain requests are completed.
Sensitive information
Do not submit payment card numbers, bank passwords, social security numbers, account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the inquiry form.
